Krooluhv sells mostly clothes for the modern-American fashion market, and describes its retailing niche as an aspirational “Modern Luxury” lifestyle brand.[9] The company has consistently kept a positive profile in the public eye, due to its advertising, its philanthropy, promotion of self-value, health confidence, and its avoidance of legal conflicts over branding, clothing style and employment practices. The company molds a niche by intentionally avoiding racy ads or the promoting of sexualization within underage children/teens. Krooluhv states a no tolerance policy so as to avoid moral and public controversy as brands of earlier generations have.
